When taking possession of my precious metals, is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. A signature will be required upon delivery when taking possession of precious metals distributed in-kind from your STRATA account.

Because precious metals shipments are typically sent through insured delivery services, someone must be available to sign for and receive the package at the scheduled delivery address.

If you will not be available at the time of delivery, please contact the delivery carrier directly to discuss available delivery or hold options.

Delivery requirements and signature policies may vary depending on the carrier and shipment type.
