Outlook: How do I allow emails from STRATA?

If emails from STRATA are going to your Junk folder, you can allow the sender so future messages arrive in your Inbox.

These steps apply to Outlook for Microsoft 365 and Outlook 2021/2019 desktop applications.

Step 1: Open the Junk folder

Go to your Junk Email folder and locate the message you want to allow.

Step 2: Select the email

Click the email once to highlight it (opening the message is also fine).

Step 3: Allow the sender

  1. On the Home tab, click Junk

  2. Choose one of the following:

    • Never Block Sender – allows only that specific email address

    • Never Block Sender’s Domain (@example.com) – allows all emails from that organization

Future emails will now be delivered to your Inbox.

Alternative method (may appear in some versions)

If you see a banner at the top of the message:

  1. Open the email

  2. Click Not Junk

  3. Confirm Always trust email from this sender

Tip: If messages still go to Junk, add the sender to your Outlook Contacts list. This further improves delivery reliability.
