Gmail: How do I allow emails from STRATA?

Adding STRATA to your contacts and marking messages as “Not spam” helps ensure future emails reach your inbox instead of Spam or Junk folders.

Note: Gmail filtering is automated, so delivery to the inbox cannot be guaranteed, but these steps significantly improve delivery.

 Add STRATA as a contact (recommended)

  1. Open the email from STRATA.

  2. Click the sender name at the top of the message.

  3. Select Add to Contacts (or Create new contact).

    If the email is in Spam

    1. Open the Spam folder in Gmail.

    2. Open the email from STRATA.

    3. Click Report not spam at the top of the message.

    This immediately tells Gmail the sender is safe.
