How Long Does the Transfer/Rollover Process Take?

STRATA will initiate your transfer request within two business days of receiving your instructions. Please be aware that the processing time frames vary from custodian to custodian.

Cash-only transfer requests are usually processed within 3-5 business days. However, in-kind asset transfer requests may require additional processing time. The asset(s) must go through an administrative review process by STRATA, and additional documentation from you and/or the investment sponsor may be required.
