How can I track my precious metals shipment from Delaware Depository?

When completing STRATA's IRA Distribution Request form, provide your email address so the tracking information can be provided to you via email.

Once the completed form is received, the details of your distribution request, including your email address, will be provided to the depository. The depository will then create a shipping label, and the carrier will email you the details of your shipment, including the tracking information for your package(s). 

Be on the lookout! For your security, the package(s) will not have any identifying information within them or on the shipping label. Please be prepared to sign for your shipment upon package arrival.

Need to make changes to the delivery? Consider enrolling in the carrier's free delivery management service, such as FedEx Delivery Manager® or UPS My Choice®. These services can help you track shipments, receive delivery alerts, and manage delivery preferences directly with the carrier.
