      How Can I Get Duplicate IRS Forms?

      You may view and download your STRATA account tax forms online. 

      • On www.StrataTrust.com, click the green Account Access button, then follow the steps to log in.


      • Tax forms can be accessed in the Statements & Documents tab. Once there, select a date range that will include the form you are looking for and click the arrow button to apply.
