What Documentation Is Needed to Onboard a New Investment?

Prior to accepting custody of an investment, STRATA completes a pre-custody check to make sure we can meet our custodial responsibilities and the administrative requirements of the investment. Once our check is complete, the investment is set up on our platform, and accountholders may direct their transaction by submitting the required transaction documents.

Remember, STRATA does not evaluate or perform any due diligence or suitability reviews on any investment or investment sponsor. Visit STRATA's Investment Onboarding page for detailed instructions by asset type.
