Account Designated Representative access is authorized by the accountholder. Once STRATA receives authorization, login credentials will be emailed to the address provided.
Step 1: Register for online access
Once you receive your credentials, visit our Existing Users Log On page.
- Machine Type: Private or Public – Select your device type. Please note: For your security, you must use a personal or trusted device (“private machine”) to set up your account.
- Username: [SampleUsername] (case-sensitive)
- Password: [SamplePassword]
Step 2: Complete your profile
Sign in using the credentials provided above. During your first login, you’ll be asked to review and accept STRATA’s Electronic Communication Consent Policy.
- Select Accept & Proceed to continue
- Declining the policy will prevent completion of the enrollment process
After acceptance, check your email for a confirmation message and select the link to finalize setup.
During your first login, you will need to create a new password and answer a Security Question to be able to use username and password recovery options. Once logged in:
- Click the down arrow on the User Profile icon, located in the top-right corner of the welcome screen, and select "Go to My Profile".
- Enter your security question and answer. Then select a Security Image and select "Save Changes".
- Next, click on the "Change Password" button located at the bottom of your profile screen.
- Follow the instructions to enter your current password and your new password and click "Save Changes" to submit your password change request.
Step 3: Explore your account
Your online account is now ready to use. You can securely access your account at any time using your new username and password. You can also take advantage of self-service tools to recover your username or reset your password whenever needed.
