Additionally, we do not conduct any due diligence on any investment. Our decision to accept an investment means that we believe the investment is administratively feasible—simply stated, the investment fits within our operating systems and processes, and we can fulfill our IRS reporting obligations (i.e., the IRA’s annual fair market value or good-faith estimate).
We do not act as an investment, tax, or legal advisor, nor do we provide advice such as recommending or endorsing investments or investment sponsors.
