Apple Mail: How do I allow emails from STRATA?
If emails are going to Junk in Apple Mail (iPhone & iPad)or you’re not receiving messages, Apple Mail is automatically filtering the sender. Apple Mail doesn’t use a traditional whitelist — instead
Add the sender to contacts (recommended)
- Open the email
- Tap the sender’s name at the top
- Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
- Save
This greatly improves delivery reliability.
Move the email out of Junk
- Open the Mail app
- Tap Mailboxes
- Select the Junk folder
- Find the email from the sender
- Swipe left on the message
- Tap More
- Tap Mark
- Tap Mark as Not Junk
The message will move to your Inbox and Apple Mail will learn this sender is safe.
Tip: If emails still go to Junk, reply to the message once — Apple Mail treats replies as a strong trust signal.
