Android: How do I allow emails from STRATA?

If emails are going to Spam on Android (Gmail App) or you’re not receiving messages, the Gmail app is filtering the sender. To fix this, mark the message as Not spam and add the sender to your contacts so future emails arrive in your Inbox.

Add the sender to contacts (recommended)

1. Open the email
2. Tap the sender’s name at the top
3. Tap Add to contacts or Create contact
4. Save

Move the email out of Spam

1. Open the Gmail app
2. Tap the ☰ menu (top-left)
3. Select the Spam folder
4. Open the email from the sender
5. Tap Report not spam

Future emails from this sender should now go to your Inbox.
